		<description>I think I understand what you saying, instead of trying to stop the acting out whether it be drinking, masterbating or porn watching, the solution is or part of the solution is to find out the cause of the action by asking yourself some questions about why you doing this right now. My question is what about if your emotions is stronger than your logic, how do you then try to stop for a minute and think instead of you habitual action taking over?</description>
